In these you´ll find 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom and your own pool such as a jaquzzi in each apartment!              
For 2-6 pax : 135,00 euros/ per day


2. Studio / Apartment from 40,00 euros per day
The Studio / Apartment is situated in a little complex with pool and is placed in Puerto del Carmen (5 min. Walk away from the diving school Nautic Dive). The studio has got a terrace, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.
The price per day : 40,00 euro for 1 – 2 persons










 
3. Apartment in Puerto del Carmen
The Apartment is placed in a holiday complex, about 15 min. Away from our diving school Nautic Dive and 50 meter to the beach.
As seen in the picture with Pool, kitchen, terrace and with a sea view etc.
Price: 2 persons 40,00 euros ( 3 pax 48,00 euros) per day + 30,00 euros cleaning at end of vacancy.


 



 





4. Apartment on Puerto del Carmen.
Apartment for 1-3 persons close to our diving-school in Puerto del Carmen.
The Apartment is fully furnished and is situated in a complex with pool, terrace / balcony, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, bedroom
The price per day for the Apartment : 40,00 euros for max. 3 Person


5. Apartment in the nice old town from Puerto Del Carmen
This first floor apartment has a private entrance which opens into the entrance hall and pretty internal garden feature. The extremely spacious, open plan living and kitchen area has a large picture window through which guests can enjoy amazing sea views. The lounge is comfortably furnished and the high ceiling makes the room feel extremely light and airy. The well equipped kitchen has recently been refurbished and there is a large breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms each with twin beds and built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also enjoys excellent sea views. The apartment has a full bathroom which has a shower and twin basin.
The apartment is on a small complex which has a large, shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample sunloungers and is set within a well established sub tropical garden. Overlooking the pool area is an extremely popular bar which serves snacks and drinks. Also in the communal area is a pool table. The apartment has a large private terrace which has commanding, panoramic views over the old harbour of Puerto Del Carmen towards Fuerteventura. A patio table and chairs are provided under a shaded pergola area and there are also sunloungers on the private terrace. This apartment is perfect for guests who wish to soak up amazing views and make the most of the Lanzarote sun.
Price: 2 persons  82 euros per day + 60,00 euros cleaning at end of vacancy.

The open plan lounge has French doorsleading out to a large balcony. It features all new furniture, a large wall mounted plasma TV with a good selection of English speaking channels which include films, comedy and music. There is a ceiling fan/light for those warm balmy days and a heater for the cooler nights. dining table and chairs.
New fitted kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, electric hob. toaster, kettle teapot and mugs (not tiny little cups) iron, ironing board and a washing machine. There is also a good selection of crockery, pans and glasses.











The main bedroom is spacious and has French doors leading out onto the balcony. There is a king size bed with reading lights and a ceiling fan/light, a large set of draws and 2 bedside cabinet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with reading lights above, a ceiling fan/light and a bedside cabinet. Both of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with a lockable safe, a heater and a hairdryer.
The bathrooms have both been refitted with new walk in showers and completly re-tiled. Each of them has a large cabinet with a shaving socket and light, there are plenty of towels for your use. Beach towels are not provided.
The balcony is large and at one side there is a table, 4 chairs and a parasol. At the other side there are 2 sun loungers and a parasol.
The complex has a reception, 2 swimming pools with sun loungers and a poolside bar serving snacks and drinks.
